He and his brother, Antony, previously set up one of the top 5 UK Costs firms before starting TR in 2009 and growing it to its current position. The two brothers own 66% of AIIC Holdings, the group holding company.

Prior to joining TRMW he was CFO at Simplify Group which he joined as a private company before helping to sell it to PE firm Palamon Capital. Simplify is the UK’s largest conveyancing firm. Previously CFO at main market listed technology business Xaar plc.
