Adrian Jaggard

AIIC Group CEO
Adrian is a Solicitor and one of the two Founding Directors of Taylor Rose Solicitors. He currently holds the position of AIIC Group CEO. Adrian is a graduate of a GDL, LPC and a MA in law and business. Originally practised in costs law, co-founding Jaggards. He spent much of his career supporting large national and international insurers before transitioning to full-time management roles. Historically, he has worked closely with the CJC, MOJ and ABI in the development and delivery of new legislation, sitting on two Civil Justice Council committees.

Matthew Hoe

Matthew Hoe is Chief Risk Officer of AIIC Group, with responsibility for overseeing regulatory compliance and risk management across all of the Group’s subsidiaries. His appointment to the role formally recognises the breadth of his leadership across the Group’s portfolio of businesses, which includes Taylor Rose, FDR Law, Kingsley Wood and SlothMove. Matthew has played a central role in shaping the Group’s risk and compliance framework over the last two decades as AIIC Group has grown into one of the UK’s most prominent legal services businesses. He serves already as Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) for Taylor Rose, and brings deep expertise in handling regulatory compliance within the legal sector, including SRA regulation, anti-money laundering frameworks, and governance at both firm and group level. With a focus on building robust, scalable compliance infrastructure that keeps pace with the Group’s ambitious growth and technology transformation programme, Matthew works closely with the Group’s senior leadership team to ensure that risk and compliance functions support — rather than constrain — commercial success.
